Town and Country Electric LLC is a second-generation residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical contractor headquartered in Ooltewah, TN. With over 25 years of master-level experience, we provide professional electrical construction, home renovations, upgrades, commercial build-outs, and dedicated service work on existing systems across the greater Chattanooga area.  We approach every project - whether construction or service - with a strict focus on planning, safety, craftmanship, and absolute code compliance. 

 

 We are fully insured and licensed in the state of Tennessee as an electrical contractor.  This gives us the ability to pull permits state-wide.  We currently hold licenses in Hamilton County, City of Chattanooga and Soddy-Daisy to name a few.

In addition to construction and renovation work, we provide professional electrical service and troubleshooting for existing homes and commercial properties.  A majority of my career was spent running service for a large electrical contractor as an Inside Wireman with the IBEW.  We are very proficient in troubleshooting and servicing commercial and industrial three-phase power systems, motors, drives, contactors, capacitors, buss plugs, switchgear, etc.

Service calls are handled by an experienced licensed electrician.  They are approached with the same standards of safety, workmanship, and code compliance used on our construction projects.  Service calls are scheduled based on project scope to ensure quality and proper attention to each job.

Electrical Service Call Pricing

We provide straightforward, honest pricing for residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical service calls throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding areas.

  • For service calls and small jobs, we have a minimum service charge of $205

  • Many service calls can be completed within this two-hour visit.

  • Materials are not included in the service call fee and will be priced separately if needed.

 

Our goal is to make sure you understand the issue and feel comfortable with the solution — no surprises!

What This Includes

  • Travel to your location (see service area & travel)

  • Electrical troubleshooting and diagnosis

  • Up to two hours of total job time

  • Clear explanation of the issue and recommended repair

Additional Work

If your project requires more time or materials beyond the initial service call fee, we will provide pricing and discuss options with you before completing any additional work.

Service Area & Travel

  • For locations within the immediate Chattanooga area, travel time is included as part of the service call.

  • For locations outside the immediate Chattanooga area, the first 30 minutes of travel time is included in the service call.

  • Additional travel time will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
